PRODUCT DISPLAY
The advantages of fully premixed condensing wall hanging furnace are:
1. The fully premixed condensing gas wall - mounted furnace has higher thermal efficiency and lower CO and NOX content. The test shows that when the fully premixed wall hanging furnace burns natural gas, the smoke exhaust temperature is 80℃ lower than the ordinary gas wall hanging furnace, and the thermal efficiency is more than 15% higher than the ordinary wall hanging furnace, which is more energy saving.
2. The inverted combustion mode of ceramic plate burner at the top can effectively avoid the influence of condensed water falling on the burner, gas combustion and gas heat transfer.
3. The finned tube welded aluminum alloy heat exchanger is used in condensing wall hanging furnace. Its performance can meet the requirements. Its manufacturing cost is lower than that of stainless steel heat exchanger and cast aluminum heat exchanger.
Full premixed condensation technology is a way of pre-mixing air and gas to achieve the optimal ratio of combustion, and then recovering part of the heat energy (latent heat of water vapor) from the flue gas generated by combustion.
